The Charter family, Susan Jessica and I send our deepest condolences to the entire Felice family. I knew Phil and Janet thru his brother Ray and Joyce back in Waterford. I remember the kids as being very small and the household full of joy and activity. Phil was always such a giving and kind person. He and Janet were so kind to me on a visit in Knoxsville and I'm sorry to have missed the connection in Italy on their family visit there. I know how much all of the Felice family enjoys good food and I'm sure Phil had a grand Italian meal there. Now he and Janet are together. God bless his soul and my heart goes out to all of the family.
So sorry to hear of Phil's passing. I worked with him at Sea Ray in Michigan long ago.He was the most skillful manager I ever knew and a good man. Condolences to the family. May he rest in peace.DM
Debbie, Steve, Lisa, your families and Felice family. Sorry for your loss. Mr Felice was a wonderful person. I remember him as a genuinely nice person but tough, he had to be with those wild Felice kids!!! Kidding!!! Had a lot of fun at the old Felice homestead.
