Phoebe Abrams' Obituary
Our cherished mom, Phoebe Abrams, 91, of Fort Myers, Fl. passed away peacefully at home on September 6th. Phoebe was born to Said and Isabelle Mizhir in New York. Phoebe has called Fort Myers home since 1989. She loved to travel and had the opportunity to see places we all could only dream of. Phoebe's biggest passion besides cooking was Bridge and excelled at the game. She became a Life Master, one of her many accomplishments that she was extremely proud of. Phoebe is remembered by friends and family as someone who could pick you up when you were down, make you laugh until you cried, and as the beautiful person who always brought the party with her wherever she went. So very gracious and welcoming to anyone that came into her home. Loved to cook and made sure everyone had something to eat. Phoebe is survived by her 4 children William, Robert, Janis, and Tracey and daughter in law June. Brother Alfred, sister's Carol, Joann and Gloria. Grandchildren that adored her, Lauren, Kaitlin, Jessie, Brittney, Desiree, and 2 great-grandchildren. So many nieces and nephews and extended family that cherished her. A celebration of life that will honor Phoebe will be held in the very near future. A heartfelt tribute filled with cherished memories, laughter and music will prove to be a fitting celebration for our beloved Phoebe
