Phyllis Lee's Obituary
Phyllis Lee, 99, a resident of Estero, FL passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of Wolfe and Elsie Michaels of London, England. Phyllis went to school in England at Battle Abby, Malvern Girls College and Paris Academy.
She met her husband, Robert during WWII and later moved to the United States before settling in Fort Myers, FL in 1961. After a 35 year career with Zales Corporation, Phyllis retired in 2000. She was a lifetime member of Haddassa and a longtime member of Temple Judea. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; son, David Lee; as well as her brother, Harry Michaels.
Phyllis is survived by her loving daughter, Pamela Gerwit; four grandchildren, Bonnie, Debbie, Alexandra and Jonathan.
The family would like to send a special thanks to Phyllis's caregivers, Oliante Masson, Marie Mollssiqnac and Marie Theodora.
A Funeral Service will be held 12 Noon, Monday, June 17, 2024 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL. Entombment will follow in the Good Shepherd Garden of Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
