Phyllis Ann Tucker's Obituary
Phyllis Ann Tucker, 88 passed away peacefully on December 15, 2023 in Fort Myers. She was born July 19th, 1935 to Henry and Gladys (Calhoun) Blain in Coldwater, MI.
Phyllis and her loving husband Bob were married 69 years. Meadow-Lark Farms in Union, Michigan was their home and they referred to it as God’s Country. They also spent winters in Florida for over 40 years.
Phyllis had a kind heart, genuine soul and was selfless. She loved gardening, baking, shopping and finding a good romance novel. She enjoyed donuts and lunches with friends, along with playing shuffleboard and cards. No matter what time of day she was always polished and put together and her hair was perfectly done.
What Phyllis loved most was her family. There are so many great memories of farming, showing horses through the years and holidays, especially her favorite, Christmas.
Phyllis is preceded in passing by her parents and her sister Nancy Kreienbrink.
She leaves her loving memory with her cherished survivors, husband Bob, son Michael Tucker and wife Bridgette of Union, Michigan; daughters Kimberly Perry of Portage, Michigan and Jill Tucker of Monticello, Georgia. Grandchildren; Jaima (Carmine) Chioccariello; Ryan (Erica) Perry; Rob (Bre) Perry; and great granddaughter Ellyson.
Phyllis will be laid to rest in the late spring in Michigan, as she loved that time of year with the sun out and flowers beginning to bloom
