Priscilla B Shelly, 85, of Fort Myers passed away November 21, 2012. She was born May 17, 1927 in Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Florida from Baltimore, Maryland with her family in 1969. Priscilla was a member of Church of The Cross in Fort Myers, Florida. She was a noted painter who loved creating nature scenes by her own hand. She was an avid bridge player and golfer. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Cornell University in 1947. Priscilla took great joy in helping neighbors with everyday needs who were otherwise unable to provide for themselves. Priscilla also loved her role as ?Ç£Grammie?Ç¥ to each of her grandchildren. Priscilla leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, James A Shelly III (Anne) of Joseph, Oregon, Daniel B Shelly (Nona) of Kent, Washington, Jonathan W Shelly (Candace) of Dexter, Michigan and Cynthia D?ÇÖArtagnan of Fort Myers, Florida. Priscilla was sadly predeceased by her husband James A Shelly, Jr. and her brother Russell Bragdon. A memorial service will begin at 3 PM at Church of The Cross in Fort Myers, Florida on Monday November 26, 2012.
