Raul Osvaldo Romero's Obituary
Raul Osvaldo Romero of Cape Coral, Florida passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Friday, October 18, 2019 following some recent health challenges. He was 94 years old.Raul was born on January 8, 1925 in Quito, Ecuador, the proud son of Rosa (Bolanos) and Jose Joaquin Romero. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was married to Cecilia (Diaz) Romero who he leaves to cherish his memory. He also leaves behind his children Tony, Miriam, Sandra and Patricia, a number of extended family members and a great many more who were proud to call him a friend. He will be warmly remembered and greatly missed.Immediate funeral Services are private. Arrangements for Raul’s final care have been entrusted to Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555. The family is planning a Memorial Service to be celebrated at a future date.
