Raymond Dorcelet's Obituary
Raymond Dorcelet of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 in his home. He was 84. Raymond was born June 12, 1931 in Jacmel, Haiti to Emile Maximillien and Somalia Dorcelet. He was a retired painter. He is survived by his wife of 42+ years, Marie Alourdes Hyacinthe Dorcelet; his children, Jennifer Dorcelet-Everd, Pierre Richard Dorcelet, Ronald Dorcelet, Jean-Claude Dorcelet, Chantel Legerme, Andy Hyacinthe and Barbara Hyacinthe. Raymond is also the loving grandfather of 21 grandchildren, Ludmire Daguilh, Tania Dorcelet, Steve Dorcelet, Nakecia Dorcelet, Gaetan Dorcelet, Pierre Dorcelet, Claudiane Dorcelet, Ronald R. Dorcelet, Sophia Dorcelet, Monique Dorcelet, Vanessa Dorcelet, Mackline Dorcelet, Carline Dorcelet, Raynald Dorcelet, Randy Dorcelet, Mickeala Dorcelet, Alexander Dorcelet, Andy (AJ) Hyacinthe, Ariana Hyacinthe, Allan Everd and Harmony Everd. He also leaves behind 5 great grandchildren; Matthew Myrick, Shamiah Callaway, Shah Callaway, Raelyn Dorcelet and Liam Wves Daguilh. Visitation for Raymond will be held 5pm – 8pm, Friday, April 29, 2016 in the chapel of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33907. Funeral Ceremony will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the First Haitian Baptist Church, 3106 Broadway, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Entombment will immediately follow the services in the Serenity Mausoleum of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
