It was "always "very pleasant and enjoyable to work with him. Despite the different ends we worked at - anesthesia and surgery-. I was also grateful to him for accompanying me on a medical mission to Bolivia, my country through the Diocese of Joliet Medical Mission. My prayers for him and the family.

I met Ray shortly after coming to CDH in 1973. We became and remained friends and colleagues during many years at CDH. We shared life stories, patients and philosophy. He retired before I did. Rarely since then have I seen him but he was a good friend and I shall miss him

So sorry to hear of Ray’s sudden passing.
I consider it a great privilege and honor to have practiced Medicine at Central DuPage Hospital for over 40 years with Ray.
If Ray had not been a Physician he surely would have been a Philosopher. His view and outlook on life was always a topic of our discussions in the Doctors lounge over a cup of coffee.
My sympathy to you,Pat, and to all your family and Dr Barbara.
Rosemary and I have him and your family in our thoughts and prayers.🙏❤️
Fond memories of working with Ray and also a fellow veteran. May his family take comfort in how he lived his life . He was inspirational.

May his memory be eternal
