Richard L. Hill's Obituary
Richard L. Hill, 89, of Fort Myers, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014. He was born November 5, 1924 in Willard, OH and moved to Fort Myers from Bolingbrook, IL in 1981. He was a World War II Army Air Corps Veteran and served in the China, Burma, India Theatre. He was a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church, the VFW, American Legion and Air Commander Association. Mr. Hill leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 64 years, Arlene V. Hill; his children: Richard E. Hill of Lindenhurst, IL, Susan L. Wolfe and husband, Philip of Willard, OH, Mary Gley of Shorewood, IL, Robert P. Hill and wife, Donna of Romeoville, IL, Kathy Van DeRostyne and husband, Fred of Plainfield, IL and Barb Invergo and husband, Ken of Hanover, IL; his grandchildren: Justin, Brandon, Ryan, Kevin, Richie, Bryan, Kate, Cindy, Kellie, Kristy, Kenny and Amy; his great grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Kevin, Tana, Trey, Joshua, Jay, Liam and Masen and his siblings: Ted Hill and Paul Hill, both of Willard, OH. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Bev Hill. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Illinois.
