Rickie Lee Dugan's Obituary
Rickie Lee Dugan, Left us to be with his Lord on, Friday, April 26, 2013. The Lord loaned him to us for 57 ?? years. He was born June 8, 1955 at Fort Knox, Kentucky to David L. Dugan (Shirley) of Lenore City, Tennessee and Margie Mathers (Bill) of North Fort Myers, Florida. He served in the U.S. Army with a tour in Germany and was honorably discharged. He was employed for 23 years by Med Labs Supply. He was a local fisherman and his boat ?Ç£Answered Prayers?Ç¥ is well known around Pine Island. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gerry Dugan. Rick was a member of Gulf Coast Baptist Church in Cape Coral, Florida. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Doris Kowanek Dugan and two sons, Randy (Stevilyn) Dugan and Daniel (Emily) Dugan; two grandsons, Blake and Johnathon Dugan; his brother, Garry (Terry) Dugan all of Cape Coral, Florida. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, Florida. Pastor Tom Sexton will officiate. The family will be present to receive friends on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until time of service. Entombment with military honors will be in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial may be directed to Gulf Coast Baptist Church for Rick?ÇÖs Bus Fund, a fund that will purchase a bus to bring the youth to church.
