Robert Dean Eversole's Obituary
Robert Dean Eversole, 77, a resident of North Fort Myers, FL since 2017, formerly of Reynoldsburg, OH passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023, in Cape Coral, FL. He was born January 16, 1945, in Dayton, OH to the late Rosco and ANNA Gladys ( Darron) Eversole.
Bob was a proud United States Navy Veteran. He was a patriot at heart and he loved racquetball, Golf, and riding his John Deer mower with his grandsons. He was a student and working toward his PHD-Doctorate in Divinity. He was also a missionary to Vietnam and Cambodia for 10 years, distributing over 5000 wheelchairs to those in need. A huge Ohio State Football fan. He was an artist and loved playing Picketball with friends in OBV and in Columbus. He was Co-Director of Loved Ones of Prisoners for the last 8 years.
Bob was preceded in death by his son, Robert D. Eversole, Jr, and his three siblings, Betty, Don, and Dale.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Jenny J. Eversole of North Fort Myers, FL; two children, Deana R. Elizondo (Dion) of Reynoldsburg, OH, and Joshua D. Eversole of Columbus, OH, Gilbert Eversole and Bill Eversole OH; as well as seven grandchildren, Dustin, Dylan, Danae, Jayden, Caitlin, Genevieve, and Jordan. Many wonderful nieces and nephews.
