The Boudreau -Ledonne-Horgan Families
To a Dear man, Bob, and of course Lois, (over 40+yrs of helping each other), let us not forget the wonderful memories over these awesome years at the “Vineyard”, Farm Neck, Beacon St. In Boston, your trips to Denmark, or the adventure on the “Andrea Doria”…and the many other stories, the poems, the many inspirational words of wisdom and oh yeah, Bob’s presence on his routine excursions to visit his friends at the golf course, at the Veterans club, or for that matter wherever he could find solace to read his favorite paper, the Wall Street Journal and to keep his incredible brain busy with crossword puzzles while having daily dose of coffee (ok maybe a Tito’s or two). This was and will always be our memories of BOB MEADE…he was not complicated, he was a good and decent man, who enjoyed his life the way he wanted it. He didn’t intrude on anyone else to do things for him, he was simple, non materialistic, and yet Lois and his friends were all he needed. WE WILL ALL MISS his Presence because he was a “PRESENT” to all who had the pleasure of knowing him and listening to him and his marvelous stories… he will not be forgotten and right now he is hooking up with Dickie, Dave, and Ralph, for a round of golf at the Links of Heaven…keep it in the fairway guys…and every once in a while watch over US…LOVE FROM VIRGINIA, Massachusetts, Apollo Beach, and certainly, Ft. Myers! …GO Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, and Patriots…ONE MORE FOR BOB!
