I was fortunate enough to know Bob many years ago at Dorsey Laboratories. He offered a young man a chance to play tennis with him and his friends on several occasions. Later I ended up being Director of HR at Sandoz/Novartis following in his footsteps. I obviously learned many things from Bob. He will be missed. Bob hired me at (then) Dorsey Laboratories in Lincoln, and I was fortunate to work with him until his retirement. He was a very professional, knowledgeable, and caring person to have in the personnel role, and I learned a lot from him. He and Naida were gracious hosts for many company functions, and both enjoyed having a good time while ensuring others did too.
