Robert T. Watt's Obituary
Robert T. Watt, 91, of Cape Coral, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011 following an extended illness.?á He was born July 29, 1919 in Fort Wayne, IN and moved to Florida in 1952.?á He served the United States Army-Air Corps during World War II.?á He flew seven missions and lost six planes.?á He formerly owned Bob?ÇÖs Boat House for 22 years and taught 1900 people to dive.?á He also owned and operated Bob Watt Realty for many years.?á He was the first president of the North Fort Myers Rotary Club and was a past president of the North Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 63 years, Audrey G. Watt; his daughter, Barbara Ellen Kelly of Georgia; his grandchildren: Chantell, Scott, Glenn, Danielle and Phillip and two great grandchildren: Kayla and Parker.?á He was preceded in death by two daughters: Patricia Krouscop in 2004 and Tanya Jane Watt in 1962 and his brother, Richard Watt. ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 13, 2011 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.?á ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907, 239-936-0555.?á Online condolences may be made at: www.fortmyersmemorial.com.
