Andy and I are so saddened by Roger's passing. We always enjoyed his company, whether at a hockey game or while at work. He was truly the best boss I ever had and a fantastic friend. Roger and I called each other "almost cousins" and was very helpful as we made our move from Ohio to Florida. I'm sure he and my brother Mike are enjoying a cold one together up above. My deepest sympathy to Deb and all his family.

There are special people in our lives who never leave us….Even after they are gone. I will always remember Roger's special way of delivering his thoughts on things and the way they should be done, genuinely taught me lessons that I've applied and will always have because he took the time to care and help.
