Ronald Clayton Beck's Obituary
Ronald Clayton Beck, 50, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 2015, formerly of Davison, MI passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 11, 2021 in Fort Myers, FL. He was born September 18, 1971 in Detroit, MI.
Ron began his working career in the grocery industry at the age of 16. From there he became employed with the Kroger Company where he worked for the next 25 years. He worked in many different roles which included a Meat Clerk, Seafood Manager, Co-Manager and finished in Human Resources where his personality and kind spirit helped others strive throughout their professional careers. Upon moving to Florida in 2016, Ron started The Florida Mobile Sign LLC which has thrived with his hard work, attention to detail and great customer service.
Ron had many hobbies with a tremendous love for collecting baseball cards, sports memorabilia where he has accumulated an extensive collection. He also enjoyed playing golf, riding his motorcycle, fishing and attending numerous sporting events as he was a devoted Michigan State Spartans fan, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family, friends and their dog Stella.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Jennifer Beck of Cape Coral, FL; one son, Ryan Beck of Lansing, Mi; two sisters, Renee Gibb (Ken) of Lake Tahoe, NV and Joanne Dehetre (Denny) of Highland, MI; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Community of Christ Church, 368 Herron Road, North Fort Myers, FL 33903. Refreshments and a time of fellowship will follow the service.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Holly, MI at 12 NOON, Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the American Legion Hall. Lunch will follow this service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or to the American Diabetes Association in loving memory of Ronald Clayton Beck.
