Rose Dale Branch's Obituary
Rose Dale Reid Branch of Lakeland, Florida and former longtime resident of Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 15, 2015. She was age 97 years old.Rose was born May 31, 1917 in Sheridan, Arkansas, the beautiful daughter of Dale V. Reid and Grace Goodman ReidRose was a member of First Baptist Church at the Mall in Lakeland, Florida.She leaves to cherish her loving memory her stepdaughter Susan and son-in-law Charles of Fort Smith, Arkansas; grandson Justin Besancon (Michelle) of Wauconda, Illinois; granddaughter Meredith Haynes (Michael) of Lewisville, Texas and five great grandchildren Evan Besancon, Braden Besancon, Adelyn Besancon, Jude Haynes and Sloane Haynes. She also leaves behind a number of extended family and many people who were proud to call her a friend. Sadly, Rose was predeceased by her parents, her husband James L. Branch and sisters Ouida Graham and Kathryn Zapotechne.On Wednesday, February18, 2015 at 9:00 AM Rose will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband James in the Mausoleum adjacent to the Garden of the Good Shepherd at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fort Myers.Those who would like to share a story, leave a tribute or offer condolences to the family at this difficult time are urged to visit Rose’s memorial webpage at www.fortmyersmemorial.com and sign the guestbook.
