Rose Victoire Jean's Obituary
Rose Victoire Jean, 86, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2026, at Lee Memorial Hospital.
She was born on August 20, 1939, in Torbeck, Haiti, to the late Saint Victoir and Elinor (Delva) Victor. Rose was a talented seamstress, known for her skillful hands and creative spirit. Above all, she cherished her family and found her greatest joy in spending time surrounded by loved ones.
Rose will be remembered for her warmth, dedication, and the quiet strength she shared with those around her. Her legacy of love and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at First Haitian Baptist Church, 3106 Broadway, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
Additional visitation will take place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 10:00 AM at the church. Entombment will follow at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907.
