Ruby R. Hopp's Obituary
Ruby R. Hopp of Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 6, 2022. She was 98 years old.
Ruby was born in Beulah, North Dakota on June 5, 1923, the beautiful daughter to Emma (Hildenbrand) and Emil A. Dachtler. She was the loving wife to her devoted husband Fred Hopp who sadly preceded her in passing back in 1997.
A Funeral Service for Ruby will be celebrated by Pastor Cary Robinson of McGregor Baptist Church at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 inside the Chapel at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907. Guests will be received and welcome to gather for a half hour in advance of this service beginning at 1:30 PM also inside the funeral home chapel. At the conclusion of these ceremonies, family and friends will recess to adjacent Memorial Gardens Cemetery where Ruby will be laid to rest alongside her departed husband Fred at the Mausoleum located inside the Garden of Peace.
