Ruby Aliene McDaniel Morrison's Obituary
Ruby Aliene McDaniel Morrison, 98, of Cloudland, GA, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at Floyd Medical Center.She was born April 21, 1919 in Bristow, KY, daughter of the late Clayton and Cordia Hunt McDaniel. She was a member of the Menlo First Baptist Church, Menlo, GA and had been a member of Winkler Road Baptist Church, Ft. Myers, FL. Prior to her retirement, she was a co-owner and operator of the Morrison Pump and Equipment Service Company. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Morrison; brothers, Kirby and Charles McDaniel; granddaughter, Melissa Morrison; and daughter-in-law, Luanne Morrison.Ruby is survived by her three sons, Richard Morrison (Joohyang Oh), Larry Morrison and Keith Morrison (Becky); two sisters, Elizabeth Angle and Ina Walker; 12 grandchildren; as well as 21 great grandchildren.A Funeral Service will be celebrated 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL with Rev. Don Strange officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of gathering from 12 NOON until service time.
