Russell R. Carroll, Sr., 80, of North Fort Myers, passed away Monday, June 5, 2017. He was born February 7, 1937 in Chicago, IL to Herbert and Catherine (Pottinger) Carroll. Prior to moving Florida, he retired from the Chicago Police Department following many years of service.Mr. Carroll is survived by 6 children.
