Hey bro, wish I would have got to talk to you & see you before you died. I thought that we would just have all this time, but we didn't. I had been thinking about calling the weeks preceding your death. I also, in ways thought, well I can always call tomorrow. That's what I get for believing there will always be a tomorrow. I met this wonderful man when I was 12 years old. We were each others first love. We dated from the time I was 12 til about 17 and then life took us in different directions. We never lost contact for very long. I was lucky enough to spend the last 6 months with him before he died. He died across my lap as I lay sleeping, he looked peaceful when I saw him and in a strange way I feel SO very blessed that it was me he died upon, my heart is in fragments & MUCH PAIN but not only for me, but also for his awesome Mother, Daughter & Sister. He could not have had a better Mom, period or sister and the love he had for his daughter Ashley was much more than incredible. He loved her more than ANYONE could have loved a daughter, she was his sunshine. We would have been married 11-11-2011 but the AWESOME LORD we serve has other plans for him. NO woman could possibly love their man in the MANY unnumbered ways I loved Rusty Santana, I would have done ANYTHING for him and I am so glad he knew that. PLZ Jesus, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, plz ease our pain and give us peace, this I pray in Jesus name, Amen. I SOO VERY VERY MUCH LOVE YOU BABY ??
