Ruth Marie Eickhorst's Obituary
Ruth Marie Eickhorst, 101, of Cape Coral, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014. She was born March 18, 1913 in Crocker, MO and moved to Florida from Rockford, IL in 1980. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cape Coral. Mrs. Eickhorst leaves to cherish her memory, her children: Nancy Johnson and husband, Bill of Cape Coral, Carol Wolfe and husband, Edward of Bowling Green, KY and Chris Eickhorst and wife, Sally of Cape Coral; her grandchildren: Timothy, Tracey, Todd, Courtney, Eric, Emily, Eric and Erin; her great grandchildren: Shawn, Aaron, Brent, Brandon, Ashley, Demi, Andrew, Alec, Benjamin, Ethan, Maddie, Tucker, Mason and Reagan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cedric H. Eickhorst in 2002 and her siblings: Clara Peterson, Eula Beard, Fyrn Orlando, Lorene Williams, William Peterson and Ruby Williams. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 PM Thursday, July 3, 2014 at First Baptist of Cape Coral, 4117 Coronado Parkway, Cape Coral with private entombment in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Friends will be received from 11:30 AM until the time of the service.
