Ruth Marie Hubbard's Obituary
Ruth Marie Hubbard, 101, of Fort Myers, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021. She was born March 30, 1919 in Des Moines, IA to Joseph and Bertha (Junge) Keul. She moved to Fort Myers from Kentucky in 1956. She was a faithful member of Winkler Road Baptist Church and was a longtime volunteer for Lee Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Hubbard is survived by her daughter, Janice Hubbard Padgett; her grandchildren: Nicole Minassian, Paige Wilson, Jantena Arnold, Frank Hubbard and Jody Tavaneese as well as many great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sblings: Marty Croft, Alberta Whitlow and Albert Keul. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Hubbard in 2004, her son, Maurice Hubbard and her grandson, Joshua Padgett.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Winkler Road Baptist Church, 5770 Winkler Road, Fort Myers, FL 33919.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Winkler Road Baptist Church.
Entombment will be private at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907, 239-936-0555.
