Sandra Jean Croll's Obituary
Sandra Jean Croll,(Sandy), passed away February 28 after an extended battle with cancer. She is survived by her long-time friend and partner Lana Edwards. She is predeceased by both parents Robert Croll and Ethel Rutman Croll.Sandy graduated from Ft. Myers High School, Class of 1964. She was among the first graduates of Edison Junior College. She continued her education with a B.S. degree from Florida State University and an M.A. from Appalachian State University. Sandy taught school in Key West for 30 years at both Truman elementary and Glynn Archer elementary schools.She loved to travel, loved animals, and loved sharing time with friends. Her creativity, humor, and courage left an imprint on everyone she met. Special thanks go to Dr. Hart and the staff at Florida Cancer Specialists.
