Sarah Mae Dixon's Obituary
Sarah Mae Dixon, 82, of Fort Myers, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020. She was born August 8, 1937 in Arlington, GA to Cleveland Milton and Ivera (Canidate) Williams. Sarah was the second child of 4 siblings. Brother Nurselee Threadcraft, Sister Ruth Strickland, Brother Johnny (Sonny) Milton. Sarah is preceded in Death by her parents Cleveland & Ivera , her brothers Nurselee and Johnny and her Sister Ruth.
Sarah was baptized at an early age. She graduated from Early County High School in Arlington, Georgia. Sarah was an active member at Church of Christ until her health diminished. She retired from Gulf Center. Sarah also worked many years at Heinz Foods (AKA Bagel Bites). She also had a group home for many years. Sarah loved to go fishing. Sarah was a very compassionate, caring and loving person.
Sarah leaves to cherish her memories, her Sister Arlena Lewis (Nelson). Son Rudolph Dixon. Grandson Dart’tavious Robinson. Daughter Verlissa Brown. A special cousin Easter Washington.
