Sarah L. Walker-Boyd's Obituary
Sarah L. Walker Boyd of Cape Coral, Florida passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016 in Hope Hospice, Cape Coral after some recent health issues. She was 84. Sarah was born April 17, 1932 in Greenwood, South Carolina to the late Robert and Sarah Wilson. Sarah was a resident of Yeadon, Pennsylvania since 1940. She worked as a unit secretary for nursing homes and moved to the Southwest Florida area in 2004. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Robert Walker. Sarah is survived by her two daughters, Sandra C. Walker and S. Marlene Mims; her daughter in law, Darlene Walker; five grandchildren, Sandra, Philip, Leslie, Wesley and Samantha. She is also survived by her eight great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Mikayla, Mikenzie, Lesan, Mikaiyah, Mikeriah, Morgan and Moirei. Funeral services are currently pending with Francis Funeral Home 5201 Whitby Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19143. She will be laid to rest in Rolling Green Memorial Park, West Chester, Pennsylvania. Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is handling local arrangements.
