Sebert Ray Stewart, 73 years of age of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on June 6, 2013 at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida. Mr. Stewart was born August 2, 1939 in Sabine, West Virginia, a son of the late Charles Gillis Stewart and Minnie Edna Walker Stewart. Sebert was in the banking industry and retired from Barnett Bank in Florida as a Senior Vice President with over 20 years of faithful service. He was a graduate of Oceana High School on Ocena, West Virginia and received his bachelors degree from the University of Florida. He proudly and faithfully served his country and was honorably discharged from the United States Army. He was a former member of the American Legion and had resided in Florida since 1967. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 49 years, Maureen Stewart of Fort Myers, Florida; his children, Charles (Tina) Stewart of North Fort Myers, Florida, David (Debbie) Stewart of Punta Gorda and Kevin (Erica) Stewart of Covington, Kentucky; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; his siblings, Gladys (Buren) Lusk, Hazel Cline and Jack (Diane) Stewart and a sister-in-law all of West Virginia.
