Sheila I. Frenche-Williams, 89, passed away March 9, 2013. She was born October 9, 1923 in Georgetown, Guyana to the late Joseph Padmore and Inez Belle. In addition to her parents, Sheila is preceded in death by her son Cecil, Jr. and a brother and sister.Left to cherish her memory are her son Christopher Belle and his wife Ana of Trinidad; daughter, Cheryl Carmona of Lehigh Acres, Florida; grandsons, Devin and Bayard; and great-grandsons, Isaiah and Donavan.There will be a memorial service to be announced soon.
