Sheldon Ian Heitzner's Obituary
Sheldon Ian Heitzner of Fort Myers, FL, passed away Friday, May 22, 2015 at HealthPark Medical Center, Fort Myers. He was 69. Born May 4, 1946 in The Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late Aaron Heitzner and Betty Lichtman Heitzner. Sheldon enjoyed his career as a Bridal Sales Representative where he sold bridal gowns and accessories. He ended his career as a manager of the Southwest Florida Region. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Jay Heitzner (2007). Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife of 32+ years, Karen Blakley Heitzner; his three children, Michael (Allison) Heitzner, Brent (Jennifer) Heitzner and Nicole (Francis) Houle and his three grandchildren, Carly, Jake and Brooke. Memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers. Family will gather with friends from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM at services.
