Sherry L. Christman, 79, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away on July 14, 2024. Born on September 29, 1944, in Mobile, Alabama, she was the daughter of George and Elizabeth Lamb. Sherry made Florida her home since 1959, moving from Evansville, Indiana.
A devoted member of the Daughters of the Nile and Beta Sigma Phi, Sherry was passionate about sewing and creating clothes. Her warm hospitality extended to hosting guests, and her love for baking filled many homes with delicious treats.
Sherry leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of kindness.
Sherry is preceded in passing by her parents, and siblings.
Shery leaves her warm and loving memory with her survivors, husband of 61 years Jerry, sons Chuck, Michael (Diane), and Matt (Jill), grandchildren CJ, Gary Michael, and Lauren, great grandchildren, Leland and Noah, and her nephew Trey and his son Link.
Sherry's family has entrusted Fort Myers Memorial Gardens with the tender care of her final arrangements. The family will accept visitors at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens on Monday, July 22, 2024, from 10AM-12PM and a service in her memory beginning at 12PM.
