Stephen R. Cafaro, Jr., 69 years of age, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012.?á Mr. Cafaro was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Stephen R. Cafaro and Mary Catherine Bost Cafaro. Stephen was in the landscape business in Pittsburgh, PA and in Fort Myers, FL. and?á more recently Stephen was a Real Estate Agent in the Fort Myers area and a member of the Association of Real Estate Agents. Mr. Cafaro was the author of two books about economics.?á He had resided in the Fort Myers area for the past 25 years coming from Pittsburgh, PA. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Helen A. Cafaro of Fort Myers, FL; his children, Mary Catherine Signer of Orlando, FL, Kathleen Marie Celatka and Stephen R. Cafaro, III both of Fort Myers, FL; his granddaughter, Amanda Renee Signer; his siblings, Joseph (Peggy) Cafaro, Marie (Gene) Madia, Frank (Mary) Cafaro, Linda (Doug) Derr and Theresa (Thomas) Smith all of Pittsburgh, PA.?á Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 18, 2012 in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.?á Online condolences may be made to the family at www.fortmyersmemorial.com.?á The family is being assisted by Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
