Susan Anne "Gus" Warren's Obituary
It is with a very heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Anne (Susan) Warren aka “Gus”. A Nickname her dad gave her as she was born in August and was a true Leo through and through. She loved to give and was fierce about the people she loved.
Gus is survived by her soul mate and husband, Gord; two daughters, Katelyn (Jon) and Morgan (Chuck); two grandchildren, Kennedy (her best girl) and Kingston (her chunkamunk); honorary grandchild, Ryleigh; her two sisters, Jane and Barb (Barry); as well as her nieces and nephew. Her grandchildren were her entire world and she loved all children. This was evident in her career where she supported children with special needs.
Her parents Audrey (Bing) and Robert predeceased her but blessed our entire family with the island on Jack Lake. The island was her own piece of paradise. She spent every second of every summer there and made many lifelong friends. Her favorite winter place was The Springs in Fort Myers where she made many wonderful friends who supported us all through this difficult time.
She will be dearly missed. Her sense of humor and contagious laugh will remain with us forever. She was one of a kind and we all feel so lucky to have had her in our lives.
We would like to thank and acknowledge the excellent care provided to Gus by the staff at Gulf Coast Medical Center and Hope Hospice.
Feel that breeze!
