Susanne H. Bennett's Obituary
Celebrating the life of Susanne H. BennettBorn on May 5, 1938 in Indianapolis, IN where she lived until she moved to Fort Myers, Florida in 1992 with her husband Edward J. Bennett, Jr. (Jack). Her parents were Kenneth and Alice Horning also of Indianapolis. She graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and attended Indiana Central College in Indianapolis. After graduation she was employed by Merchants National Bank, where she worked until her marriage in 1958. Susanne was the mother of three children, Edward J. Bennett III (Ted), Tamara Dommermuth and Amelia Helm Van Soelen (Amy). Susanne was active in a number of Civic Organizations, including the Junior League of Indianapolis and the Christamore Aid Society, a United Way Agency. She was a member of Meridian Hills Country Club where she was active in both tennis and golf.
