Susan And John Miller
For the past few weeks not an hour has passed that you all were not in our thoughts. Our hearts are broken for you. It is so hard to know why things happen as they do. Taylor fought the good fight, and so did you. Perhaps it was just too hard for him to keep struggling, and he is at peace, a beautiful memory in your hearts for your whole lives. Take life one day at a time. Get up, thank God for each other, and keep yourselves busy throughout the day. Don't look too far ahead right now. One day you will be surprised to lie down at night and say, "Wow,today was not as painful." You can do this. You may not think you have the strength, but you do. Your lives are forever changed, but you will see life, perhaps, with greater compassion, tolerance, and wisdom. You will never take happiness for granted, and you will rejoice in the love, trust, and belief you have in each other. Hold each other up and move gently into the rest of your lives. You have a multitude of people who love and support you. Feel their arms around you and let the strength of that love sustain you through the difficult days ahead. Love Sue and John
