Thelma Leona Kellner's Obituary
Thelma Leona Kellner, 87, of Fort Myers, departed this life on December 4, 2012, after a long illness.?á She was born April 22, 1925 in Baltimore, Maryland to Charles F. Stolte, Jr and Thelma (Linck) Stolte. Thelma retired to Cape Coral in 1980 after a distinguished career in real estate and development in Harford County, Maryland where she founded Northgate Realty.?á Thelma?ÇÖs commitment to providing affordable housing, enabled hundreds of young families to purchase their first homes.?á She was a member of the Harford County Board of Realtors. Thelma was a longtime member of the First Assembly of God in Fort Myers, where she served as a greeter and sang in the choir.?á She also gave generously to missions and educational projects around the world. Thelma will live in the memories of her son, Dr. Gary A. Kellner of Hamburg, New York, her daughter-in-law, Pamela Kellner and two grandchildren, Stephanie Michal Kellner and Ramsey Elliott Kellner. Thelma was preceded in death by her beloved son, Mark Philip Kellner and by her parents. Visitation will be held TODAY, Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, Florida 33907. A Celebration of Life Service will be held TODAY, Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
