Tiffani Briana Starkey's Obituary
Tiffani Briana Starkey, 34, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 2018, formerly of Delaware passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 in Cape Coral, FL. She was born July 8, 1989 in Springfield, PA.
Tiffani graduated from Delaware State University where she obtained her bachelor’s of science in psychology in 2014 and went on to obtain her masters of education in 2017. Shortly after Tiffani went on to become a Board Certified Behavioral analyst working with children on the autism spectrum and other disabilities. Tiffani then became the proud owner of Tiph Positive Support for 4 years servicing children, families, schools and the community in Lee county FL. Shortly after she founded the Collaboration Foundation, a non- profit organization. The collaboration foundation’s mission is to foster inclusive and supportive communities, where families with disabilities thrive through collaborative efforts. She wanted to empower families with disabilities by promoting accessibility, advocacy, and education, ensuring a world where everyone’s unique abilities are celebrated and embraced. Tiffani also served as co President for coFABA (Florida association for behavior analysis) in the southwest Florida chapter. Tiffani’s next mission was to relaunch her company under her new brand, Explore Therapy Network, which will continue in her honor.
During Tiffani’s life she loved to dance and teach Sunday school. She had plenty of hidden talents which included her love of percussion and playing the drum set. She loved all things fashion and was never afraid to wear the craziest things no matter what others may have thought. Tiffani also loved Jesus and was a proud woman of God. She knew her ministry was to touch the lives of others, particularly women, through her beliefs and knowledge.
Tiffani’s main goal in life was to become a mother. After years of believing she couldn’t have kids, she received the blessing of her first child Tori Lee and shortly after was also blessed with Tyli Ann. Tori Lee being named after Tiffani’s Grandfather whom she adored, Willie Lee and Tyli Ann being named after her mother Patricia Ann. Everything Tiffani manifested was also for her children. She believed they deserved the world and was always ready to give it to them.
Tiffani debunked the middle child syndrome. Regardless of being the “middle child” Tiffani always said she was put in the middle to be able to be there for both her older brother and little sister. Tiffani’s love for her family was unmatched. She never hesitated to show up for anyone for anything at anytime. She loved her parents deeply, her aunt dee dee and her grandmother Florence Buckley who she will be placed above today.
Tiffani was a mentor and friend to many, An inspiration and advisor. Tiffani was a teacher, an advocate, a best friend, a beloved aunt, a loved daughter, a beautiful niece, a precious sister and most importantly a mother.
Tiffani is survived by her two adored children, Tori Lee and Tyli Ann of Cape Coral, FL; her loving parents, Roger and Patricia Starkey of Cape Coral, FL; one sister, Sarai Starkey (Christian Salinas) of Cape Coral, FL; one brother, Roger Corey Starkey, Jr. (Tynesha) of Delaware; four nieces and nephews, Elijah, Arianna, Caleb and SianiLee; her aunt, Denise Buckley of Cape Coral, FL; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated 10:00 AM, Friday, March 29, 2024 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in the Field of Honor where she will be laid to rest next to her Nanna.
