Timothy Steven Maitland's Obituary
Timothy Steven Maitland of Fort Myers, Florida, was born on July 31, 1991 in Cape Coral, Florida and passed away on November 24, 2023.
To his family and friends, Timmy left a legacy of love that will stay with us forever. He was an amazing and special person to everyone who knew him. He had a special talent with music, could play all instruments, but drumming was his specialty. He was a natural drummer, starting at the young age of 3. He was also a songwriter and the music he created will live on. Tim was a huge sports guy, a true sports lover and a loyal Green Bay Packers fan since he was a child.
He was full of life, humility and fun. He had a wonderful sense of humor and brought joy into so many peoples lives. His heart was big and full of love for everyone, he always had a smile and kind word for friends and strangers alike. He was loyal and was an inspiration to so many. The positive impact he had on others will carry on and and the love that we have for him will live on within our hearts for the rest of our lives.
Tim leaves behind his Mom, Dad, Brothers, Grandmom, Aunt and Uncle along with many Cousins and countless beloved friends.
What a loss this is to everyone who knew Tim, and to those who never had the chance to.
Immediate funeral services for Tim were private and arrangements for Tim's final care were entrusted to Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Committal of Tim's Urn at his place of final rest will take place at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Courtyard inside the Sylvan Terrace Section of Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555. Through the New Testament of the Bible in Book of John, 11:25-26, we are comforted by what Jesus said:-
"I am the Resurrection and the Life. Those who believe in Me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die."
