Timothy Jerome Noble's Obituary
Timothy Jerome Noble, 58, of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Gloucester, Massachusetts, passed away surrounded by love and memories.
Born and raised in Gloucester, Tim carried his hometown pride wherever he went. He was a Boston Red Sox fan through and through---a true son of Gloucester, MA, proud of his fisherman heritage and the strong, spirited community from the historic fishing port he called home.
Tim was a man who lived life on his own terms---always his way, always true to himself, even through his own struggles. No matter what life threw at him, he was always unapologetically himself. Rules didn't much apply to Tim; he made his own path and enjoyed every minute of it. Beneath his easy laughter and quick wit was a deeply caring soul who loved people and made friends wherever he went.
He is survived by his lifelong partner, Vickie Briggs, and his beloved family, who were his greatest pride. Tim was the youngest of seven siblings, with one sibling preceding him in death. He dearly loved his brothers and sisters, and his many nieces and nephews held a special place in his heart. His family meant everything to him, and he carried that love proudly throughout his life.
A skilled electrician by trade, Tim also worked as a security guard, earning the respect and friendship of those around him.
Tim will be remembered for his laughter, his big heart, and the light he brought into every room. His spirit will live on in the stories, the smiles, and the love he left behind.
He will forever rest by the sea he loved.
A Seaside Tribute honoring Tim's life will be held in Gloucester, Massachusetts, on November 2, 2025. Details will be shared with the family and friends in the coming days.
