Ulrich Kurt Boehnke's Obituary
Ulrich Kurt Boehnke of Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, June 25, 2021 with his loving family by his side. He was 92 years old.
Mr. Boehnke was born in Czarnen, Germany on January 19, 1929, the proud son to Emma Kowalewski and Handler Freidrich Böhnke. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and was the Owner and President of Diemold Machine Company, Inc. of Fort Myers. He was married to and leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Jovita.
A Visitation for Mr. Boehnke will be conducted from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Friday, July 2, 2021 inside the Chapel at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555. A Funeral Service will be celebrated thereafter, also inside the funeral home chapel, beginning at 2:00 PM with a Military Tribute provided by the United States Army to close these ceremonies. Family and guests will thereafter recess to adjacent Memorial Gardens Cemetery where Mr. Boehnke will be laid to rest in the Sylvan Oaks Section at 3:00 PM Sharp.
