Valerie Gladys Bartholomew passed away peacefully at home on Christmas evening, December 25, 2020. Valerie was born in New York City and raised in Scarsdale, NY in Westchester County by her parents, Gladys and Arthur Pertsch. Afte Read Obituary
My mother Sandi worked at the Edison Mall for many years, and during that time, she became friends with Val and did her hair for many years. When my mother passed several years ago, I found her address book and Val was the first one I called. We were on the phone for an hour talking about all those years at the mall and all of the laughs we shared at the hair salon. Val was such a sweet lady and I was sad to hear of her passing. My deepest condolences to her family.

Blake and family. Your grandmother was a joy to visit and talk of old times in Fort Myers.So glad you and Lisa were there to comfort her at the end.
