Verne Louise Fisher's Obituary
Verne Louise Fisher, 92, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away on Saturday December 1, 2012. She was born February 2, 1920 in Minerva, Ohio to Charles Moser & Roxie (Harsh) Moser. Verne graduated from Columbiana High School in 1938. She then graduated from Alleghany General Hospital of Pittsburgh, PA in 1941 to become a Registered Nurse in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Iowa. Verne was a member of the Park Alliance Church and a Life Master in the American Contract Bridge League. Mrs. Fisher leaves to cherish her husband Richard of 70 years, her son Richard (Barbara) of Fairfax, Virginia, her Grandchildren: Kim (Jon) Buckingham, Elizabeth (Chris) Leonard, Rebecca Fisher and Nicole Fisher, Great Grandchildren: Sarah, Emily, Michael, Lucas, Oliver & Micah. She is predeceased by her son Rodney, her siblings: Kate, Betty, Roger & Don. A Memorial Service will be held at Park Alliance Church, 7469 San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida on Friday December 7, 2012 at 6:30 pm.
