Virginia Kay Palughi's Obituary
Virginia Kay Palughi, 83, of Port Charlotte, passed away Friday, October 11, 2019. She was born September 13, 1936 in Baltimore, MD to Donald and Cora Virginia (Keyser) Mask. She moved to Florida from Baltimore in 2004. For 10 years, she ran the thrift store at Rappahannock Hospital in Richmond, VA. She was the president of the Floridians of Port Charlotte and volunteered to help raise money for various organizations. She loved cooking, baking, quilting and crocheting.Mrs. Palughi is survived by her husband of 45 years, Charles J. Palughi; her children: Michael Gunning (Kelly) of Maryland; Barry Gunning (Susan) of Delaware and Patti Weaver (Craig) of Maryland.
