Vivian Thompson Stewart's Obituary
Vivian Thompson Stewart, 93, of Cape Coral, FL, passed away peacefully on August 27th, 2019. She was born to the late Leroy Thompson and Irene Esther Thompson (Lugenbeel) on September 29th, 1925 in West Friendship, Maryland.She was a member of McGregor Baptist Church in Fort Myers, Florida, and a longtime employee of the Department of the Army, Pentagon. She was also a member of NARFE.Vivian is survived by her son, Keith Dugan (Sandra Stone); step-daughter, Phyllis Edgerly (David); daughter-in-law, Linda Dugan; granddaughter, Amanda Seebadan (Kieran Seebadan); grandsons, Karl Dugan, David Fitzhenry and Scott Williams (Catherine); great-grandsons, James Seebadan and Benjamin Williams; great-granddaughter, Alyson Stevens; great-granddaughter, Riley Myers and several nieces and nephews.She is pre-deceased by her father and mother, her loving husband of 39 years, Cecil Wilson Stewart, and her brothers, Owen Thompson, Roger Thompson, Celius Thompson, Theodore Thompson, and David Thompson.A Funeral Service will be celebrated 11:00 AM, Friday, September 6, 2019 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL 33907. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 10:00 AM up until the service time on Friday, September 6, 2019 at the funeral home.
