Dr. Dakos gave me hope and answers when no one else could. I needed him today and realized he had passed many years ago. His use of Peptide shots helped me regain my life back... I wish someone continued his work and legacy. He was always kind and understanding. The world lost a good, kind and decent man. May he rest easy...
Dr.D is what the office family called him on Maravilla Lane. This was our home away from home were we diligently practiced EPD what times we had! If anyone in our family was sick Dr.D would say bring em in. We had a room set aside for our children if we needed to pick them up sick or just needed mommy love for the day. Dr.D taught me so much as I came from a traditonal allergy background he taught me the real way! I remember Jo when she used to come in the office. Dr.D a pioneer in his field you will be missed. I always appreciated the kindness Dr. Dakos showed me each and every time I visited, not as a patient, more like an old friend. I was always inspired by his passion for alternative medicine research/treatment as he shared his knowledge freely each time we would meet on business. Today his name popped up in my mind 4/2/14 (hum, funny how that happens) when a ENT Colleague of his informed me of his recent passing. I felt compelled to pay tribute to this sweet man in hopes he may somehow know how he touched the heart of a young lady who always thought fondly of him. Dr. Dakos was one of the remaining early members of Highlands Falls Country Club. He was truly a pleasure to be around and was one of the most well liked members. Iâ??ll always remember his gracious hospitality when he hosted Frank Montgomery and me in Florida, playing golf and introducing us to his friends while we were in town on business. Dr. Dakos was well loved and respected by everyone at Highlands Falls Country Club. He and Jo became members in 1987 and he was the last of the "old guard" at the club. He was always smiling and loved playing golf in the mountains. He will be missed by all. Our deepest sympathy is extended to his family. Best, Judy and Louie Michaud
I was just informed of Dr. Dakos' passing. My condolences to the family. His use of peptides made a huge difference in my husband's health. Dr Dakos was a real blessing. My heartfelt prayers are with you.

I have known Bill since coming to Ft Myers in 1979. I respected him greatly and knew him as a colleague. I appreciate that he was the first Otolaryngologist in Ft Myers as I was the first ENT in Cape Coral. I can imagine all the hard work he must have put in during the early days. I would, of course, have attended his funeral but I just arrived back in town today (Sunday) and learned of his passing. I will miss him. Richard Wingert, MD, Otolaryngology.
