My sympathy to Barbara and the rest of Billys family. I'm a former neighbor and a friend of Billys and am going to miss his little visits to talk about his big family. When I moved a few years ago, BILLY was there to help me. When I needed painting done, BILLY was there to lend his expertise in chemical engineering (painting). He was a genuinely nice man and will be missed by many.
