Aw, Joe … look what you’ve gone and done! We tried to stop you from taking your wry humor, funny stories, knowledge of all things wet and electric and most of all friendship from us. Fat Larry must’ve been calling you home. I was fortunate to call you a friend. You were always there, at times before I called. I will miss you more than anyone knows. Dear Rogene, Sorry is a weak and overused word to express what we are feeling for you and yet we are sorry for the loss of Joe. Sorry to loose such a wonderful neighbor and friend. We will miss our many chats and hearing of the various adventures you two shared at every turn. We cannot even begin to imagine what you are facing or how you will be able to, but we do believe that you will gather strength in your many wonderful memories of 2 lives well lived, from your many God given talents and interests, from the support of your friends who love you and the knowledge that Joe is still near, nothing has changed, he still loves you and you him. He is just around the corner.
