Remembering Bill Moore
Bill was 13 years older than me, but his presence seemed larger than that. I remember him at so many family gatherings - standing tall, greeting everyone with that proud smile. Some of my favorite memories are of Bill at the piano. At a holiday party he would sit down and start playing and suddenly the whole house would feel alive. Those moments left a lasting impression. I’m great full for that time and the memories that remain.

At the center of my memories is a sunny day, light pouring in through the large windows in the living room of the Alpha Delt house illuminating Bill as he played the piano. Bill was my first roommate at Stanford when we both transferred to the university. He was smart, funny, thoughtful and loyal. A true ‘brother.’ I miss those years we shared. Xaire, Chuck Hills
