Zane Shareif Zeidan's Obituary
Zane S. Zeidan, 42, passed away on May 27, 2026, in Fort Myers, FL, after sustaining a brain injury as the result of an accident. He was born on December 23, 1983, in Auburn, IN.
Zane built a successful career in land development and served as a Land Development Project Manager with Lennar. He was dedicated to his profession and took pride in helping shape and develop communities through his work. Colleagues and friends knew him as a hardworking professional whose knowledge, leadership, and commitment earned the respect of those around him.
Zane had a strong work ethic and a genuine love for the people in his life. He will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and his great smile that could light up a room wherever he was, making a big impact on all who loved him, his family and friends. Zane's passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His memory will be cherished and kept alive through the many lives he touched.
Zane is survived by his mother Lori A. Zeidan of Spring Arbor, MI, and his father Ned N. Zeidan of Davenport, FL; his stepdaughter, Selena, whom he treasured; his sister Sara Jenkins and brother Adam Zeidan. He also leaves to mourn his loss his grandparents Nancy and Alvin Colby and grandmother Maryam Zeidan, as well as 11 aunts and uncles, all of whom continue to honor his legacy. Zane adored his beloved dog, Prince John.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Donald L. Graham, grandfather Shareif Zeidan, uncle Shaker Zeidan, and aunt Ahlam Melhem.
Funeral services and burial at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens are pending and will be announced.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who wish to honor his memory do so through acts of kindness to keep legacy alive.
