Donnell started his career in the industry in sales, and joined our Fort Myers team as General Manager in 2004. It’s Donnell’s job to oversee day-to-day operations and to help find the best people to serve local families. He spends a great deal of time out in the community, making regular visits to hospices, government agencies, churches and health-care facilities. Ensuring the company’s culture is healthy and conducive for growth is also Donnell’s responsibility.
What he enjoys most about his role is fostering the skills of his capable staff. “I enjoy seeing staff members really come to the point where they realize just how important what they do is,” Donnell says. “Having staff serve each other as well as families is fantastic. I love building and seeing the culmination of an idea.”
Tim has been in the funeral services profession since 1983, and has helped served thousands of families. It is his job to oversee other funeral directors and associate staff, and to help grieving families.
Being able to help families in their greatest time of need motivates Tim to do what he does best. “Knowing they’ve come in with questions they don’t even know they have — and then having the experience to answer them — is the best part of my job,” he says. “What sets us apart is our people. We have one of the most experienced staffs in Lee County.”
With 26 years of experience in the funeral services profession, Tina manages and co-ordinates the day-to-day activities of the funeral home and cemetery. She takes pride in ensuring that the staff provide the highest quality services and products possible.
Working with families and being able to help them in a personal way is what she enjoys most about her role. “When families leave they are confident that the staff here at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens will provide them with the best possible service,” Tina says.
